We began as a small screen-printing and embroidery studio in New York, helping local brands and creators bring their ideas to life. When our customers started asking for custom online merch stores, we explored every platform available, only to find that launching and managing one was far more complex than it should be.
That experience inspired us to simplify the process. We set out to remove the operational friction between a great idea and launch day.

Frequently Asked Questions
36 units per design. All colors and sizes of a product for a given design count toward the minimum. If you start a presale but do not reach 36, you can order the missing amounts to keep in inventory. We recommend ordering extra pieces for inventory after a presale ends because once people start wearing your merch other people want to place an order. We see this very often.
We offer screen printing, DTF (Direct-to-Film), embroidery, puff printing, and sublimation. We do not offer DTG (Direct-to-Garment) because the quality is poor and fades after a few washes. If you have other production methods in mind, we can work with you to bring your piece to life!
With Presale, you go live with no upfront cost and we produce everything after your presale ends with a 2-week production time. After production, we ship directly to your customer or bulk ship to your location. With Prefunded, you purchase inventory upfront and orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.
We ship globally. Domestic (US) transit is typically 1-4 days. International shipping is typically 1-4 weeks.
Customer orders are processed through Stripe. Automated payouts are held for 22 days, then deposited to your connected bank account every two weeks.
We have strict quality control so issues are rare, but if a customer receives a defective product, we offer a replacement or refund, on us.
